Our Goals
At Valley View Estates Assisted Living our goals are to promote self-care and independence, to assure safety, comfort and cleanliness, to maintain stability and to maintain dignity for our residents.

Our Philosophy
To provide the frail and/or handicapped person the autonomy and support necessary to attain and maintain their psychosocial well-being.

Our Facility
Our facility includes both single room studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments. The apartments are purposely unfurnished, providing the residents the opportunity to personalize their space with pieces that mean something to them. The apartments are also designed without kitchenettes, as meal preparation is a service provided to all of our residents. However, the apartments do have the capacity to house a small apartment sized refrigerator and microwave if tenants desire them.

At Valley View Assisted Living we have a large community living room complete with a big screen TV. Our thoughtfully developed facility also has a cozy seating area with a comforting fireplace, which makes the perfect spot for reading, relaxing or visiting with friends and family. Residents and their guests are always free to help themselves to coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, juice, fresh fruit and other snacks that are available in our community dining room. We take great pride in providing small town hospitality, to make family, visitors and the community to feel welcome and “at home” here. We have many planned family and community events throughout the year to encourage fellowship.

Valley View Estates Assisted Living operates on a month-to-month basis, requiring only a 30-day notice for moving out and reliving worries about being stuck in an unwanted rental lease. Contact us for more information.
